Hans hartmann bass & chapmanstick
He is the only representative for this instrument in Berlin – at least in the Jazz scene. He has been playing the ’stick’ meanwhile for the past 20 years, and for the past 30 years the bass. He has been the contra bass player in many different bands of American musicians during their Europe tour, amongst others Chet Baker, Philly Joe Jones or even Attila Zoller.
